Open Positions:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Partner Manager to collaborate with the Director of Sales in promoting the sales of YourSix solutions nationally. Your primary focus will be on software sales, overseeing the onboarding, enablement and growth of key YourSix reseller partners within your assigned region. Your role involves developing and executing a scalable, channel partner development process that will help increase year over year revenue growth and accelerate the sales of newly signed partners.

Your day to day:

  • Develop strong working relationships and maximize partner engagement to drive revenue growth with assigned channel partners
  • Educate partner sales teams, technical staff, and partner executives on YourSix products, programs, promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns
  • Execute partner marketing activities aimed at engaging customers and facilitating effective sales.
  • Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.
  • Regularly report on partner achievements and assigned metrics
  • Coordinate and manage in-person partner visits when requested or required to grow sales
  • Represent YourSix at industry events and trade shows
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area
  • 4+ years of channel management sales experience with Security; SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with our partners
  • Demonstrated channel sales success
  • Charismatic demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with polished presentation skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and achieve sales objectives
  • Solid technical skills to include understanding of networking infrastructure
  • Axis Certified Professional preferred, but not required
  • Must be willing to travel to partners/events in the field
