This Privacy Policy describes our practices with information that we receive concerning a user (sometimes referred to as “You” or “Your”) through our website (the “Site”), services, applications, and our other network-connected products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). As you navigate the Site, certain Personal Information may be passively collected, meaning it is gathered automatically without your actively providing it. This is done using the following techniques in the following ways:
Automatically – Collected Information

Cookies are small, locally stored data files created by your web browser at the direction of certain website pages. YourSix uses cookies to simplify or eliminate data entry for you on a future visit to one of our Site pages. The YourSix Site may function even if you set your web browser to refuse cookies, although your overall browsing experience could suffer as you may be re-prompted for information that you previously provided.
You may refuse to accept cookies by altering the settings on your internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox). Please note that if you choose not to permit cookies, some areas of our Site may not function properly or be accessible.

We may use your Personal Information for our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, recordkeeping, developing new products or services, enhancing the Site, improving our services, identifying Site usage trends, and optimizing your experience on the Site, as well as providing services to our clients.
YourSix does not share, rent, trade, or sell to unrelated third parties any of the Personal Information you provide. We will not sell your Personal Information or share your Personal Information with third parties for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share your Personal Information with third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise described at the point where we collect the information from you, including: (i) to companies or individuals that we hire to provide services to us, such as website hosting services, relationship management services, and payment processing; and (ii) to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, or assets (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings). No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
