Licensing
In order to connect a device to the YourSixOS platform, the device must be covered by a “Base” YourSix license. Additionally, devices that can record to the cloud have the option to add a “Cloud Storage” license in addition to the “Base” license.
Base License

- Required for each device in order for the device to be managed via Y6OS
- Provides access to the Y6OS platform & features (excluding cloud storage)
- Ability to view live & recorded video on premise in SD or NAS (for video devices)
- Firmware updates & Cybersecurity patches
- Health Monitoring
- Single Sign-On & Multi-Factor Authentication
- Mobile Access (iOS & Android)
- AI Analytic Support
- Example product ID (SKU) for a camera: Y6OS-VMS-“X”

- “X” represents the license term
- Each product has a unique base license. More information: Base License product ID

Cloud Storage License (1 per stream except for noted exceptions below)

- Optional license which provides cloud storage
- Options: 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 365, 730 days
- Example product ID (SKU): Y6OS-14STG-“X”

- “X” represents the license term

- Access Control: 1 base license is required per barrier
- Panoramic devices (Image from Axis device is stitched into a single stream): Optional cloud storage only needs 1 license. Please note devices and max cloud recording resolution below:

- Quad Sensor Plus PTZ:

- Required: 2 base license (1 for the mutlisensor and 1 for the PTZ device)
- Optional: 5 cloud license (4 for the mutlisensor and 1 for the PTZ device)
