YourSix Career Opportunities:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Partner Manager to drive sales growth in the South Central region through proactive partner development. This remote position, preferably based in Dallas, is ideal for a prospector with an established regional partner network. Your primary focus will be on driving software sales through the onboarding, enablement, and growth of YourSix reseller partners. This role is designed for someone who thrives on building new business opportunities, leveraging deep expertise in video surveillance and SaaS models, and executing a scalable channel partner development process to accelerate year-over-year revenue growth.

Your day-to-day:

· Develop strong working relationships and maximize partner engagement to drive revenue growth with assigned channel partners in the South Central region

· Educate partner sales teams, technical staff, and partner executives on YourSix products, programs, promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns, emphasizing video surveillance and SaaS solutions

· Execute partner enablement activities aimed at engaging customers and facilitating effective sales through value-added selling techniques

· Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives

· Regularly report on partner achievements and assigned metrics

· Coordinate and manage in-person partner visits, virtual demos, and presentations as required to grow sales in the region

· Represent YourSix at industry events and trade shows; regionally/nationally

What you bring to the team:

· Proven track record as a prospector in channel sales, with a strong history of generating new business and leveraging established partner relationships within the South-Central region

· Deep understanding of video surveillance systems, video streaming technologies, IT/networking infrastructure, and video compression techniques

· Strong knowledge of SaaS models and experience driving subscription-based technology sales through value-added selling

· Exceptional listening and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to understanding partner and customer needs

· Demonstrated channel sales success, with a focus on building and nurturing long-term partner relationships

· Charismatic demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with polished presentation abilities tailored to technical and non-technical audiences

· Solid technical skills, including a strong understanding of networking infrastructure and its application in video surveillance solutions

· Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines effectively

· Ability to work independently, balance multiple priorities, and achieve sales objectives in a competitive environment

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· 5+ years of channel management or B2B sales experience, preferably in video surveillance, SaaS, or IT/networking solutions

· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market

· Axis Certified Professional preferred, but not required

· Must be willing to travel to partners/events – Travel +/- 50%

· Remote position, preferably based in Dallas, TX

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Success / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a focused portfolio of customer accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and strategic expansion. This role owns the contract renewal process for all customers, ensuring accurate, timely renewals that include upselling opportunities, support long-term relationships and minimize churn-risk.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing growth opportunities within existing customer accounts where a Channel Manager is not assigned. This includes supporting the activation of new sites, identifying upsell opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact to drive ongoing value for the customer.

The Customer Success / Account Manager operates with limited supervision and collaborates closely across departments. You will also have the opportunity to help design and improve workflows for greater efficiency and maximum impact. Success in this position will require strong communication, planning, organization and relationship management skills. The ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction is critical, as poor performance could significantly impact retention and long-term revenue. This role will be required to work in parameters of the Central Time Zone hours of operation. Minnesota-based candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Your day to day:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, internal teams, and channel partners.
  • Own account expansion for customers without an assigned Channel Manager, including new sites and additional services.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring continuity of service and identifying potential risks for churn and resolve.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-sells, or service improvements based on customer needs.
  • Process service requests and MACD orders for accounts assigned to you, providing clear timelines and follow-up.
  • Coordinate internally to fulfill service commitments, resolve issues, and support execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in the CRM.
  • Conduct Quarterly Service Reviews covering billing, support history, and service optimization.
  • Communicate product updates, new features, and relevant announcements to customers.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent in training and experience.
  • At least 3 years of Account Management and/or Direct Sales experience.
  • Technical competency in SaaS environments with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Basic knowledge of Physical Security Products preferred.
  • Customer-facing communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with partners, end users, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset to anticipate issues, recommend solutions, and drive resolution efficiently.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend service improvements.
  • Collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and operations teams.
  • Minimal travel is possible in this role.
